Velper

A VELPER is someone who Rides a bicycle at Night with wheels and or Frame covered in LED Lights. Origins of this term and inception of the LED bicycle references Venice California this term has Spread Worldwide and so anyone who puts led Lights on their bicycle are considered a VELPER

We are in Venice California and at Sunset all the VELPERS come out on their Bicycles.

Did you see all of those Lit Bicycles the other night? Those people where definitely VELPERS

Veloser

A person who is really disrespectful, soft and anxious and expects you to care about their opinions on peoples looks.
If you ever meet this kind of person it is suggested that you hold a distance of 7 feet from them.
If the above is not possible, then you should not talk to the Veloser.
If the person comes in contact with you, then you should agree to everything they say. Just make sure to not build a friendship with them.

Veloser: I hate Max. He looks so awful.
You: Yeah same.
Veloser: Wanna be friends?
You: No thanks.
