Utsuho Reiuji
A touhou character that first appeared in the PC game Touhou 11. Utsuho Reiuji (霊烏路空) is a Hell Raven, or yatagarasu, holding the power to control nuclear fusion. Her character design shows remarkable resemblance to Chernobyl. She is sometimes referred to as "The Black Bird of Chernobyl", though a comparison between her Yatagarasu eye and the eye of Sauron has also been made. Utsuho spends more of her time maintaining an underground geyser, together with Rin Kaenbyou

Utsukta Giri
The definition of having beauty; possessing qualities that give great pleasure or satisfaction to see, hear, think about, etc.; delighting the senses or mind. A Nepali girl who loves dogs, has smiley eyes, eyes you cant look away from. Anything you came Utsukta can do. Either you love her or you hate her. A very fun person to be around in awkward situations and the best person to be around in stressful situations. When Utsukta is stresses she laughes. A lot. This person can sleep forever and live off of coffee and toast. With color changing eyes they either have green with yellow eyes, brown eyes or hazel. A literal work of art created by god himself.

Ratfucker
Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
Along with Nixon’s other ratfuckers, Roger Stone caused fights at otherwise peaceful Democratic Party protests to generate a false narrative that the Democrats were violent and dangerous.
