Ultimate- Not to be improved upon or surpassed; greatest.
Uber- Above everything.
Haxor- A good hacker

An ultimate uber haxor is one of the biggest hackers there is on the face of the earth. This sort of hacker is capable of hacking into major organizations such as FBI and CIA.
