Noun:

1. A person that uses Urban Dictionary on a regular basis in order to try and impress people at parties with their knowledge of the latest hipster slang.

2. A person who reviews pending Urban Dictionary submissions. This reviewer is generally characterized as an unfunny super tool who often rejects really awesome and funny Urban Dictionary submissions, and subsequently robs the rest of the world of the potential hilarity.

1. Sheesh...There's Rob again...he is such an urban dick-tionist. Always trying to impress girls with obscure Urban Dictionary definitions. What a douche.

2. Mike: Yo Steve! Did that one funny definition you submitted to Urban Dictionary get accepted?
