This mechanic requires precise car control and spatial awareness, usually executed mid-air.

The Motion: The player positions their car completely sideways, perpendicular to the pitch.

The Execution: They initiate a pre-flip and use the flat belly of the car to redirect the ball directly into the net.

A "turnstile" in Rocket League is a specific, highly advanced freestyle mechanic where a player performs a pre-flip redirect off the undercarriage (belly) of their car while the vehicle is perpendicular to the ground.
