homeless guy that lives in the tunnels in madison, wi and often roams the campus, specifically at the terrace. he has a neck like an ostrich / giraffe and sports a button down flannel every day.

when i was studying for my calc exam at van vleck tunnel bob sat at my table and stared at me the entire time.
