Common saying in Los Angeles,CA as well as New York City,NY. Sometimes often heard in parts of Oregon as well as Texas. When a person utters this phrase, they refer to a women`s breasts and wants said woman to show, well...how those big tits fart. This can be said as an insult, but is most commonly expressed as a compliment.
