Get the tradechat mug.A Team Fortress 2 Trading site, not that well known, but is really neat. Basically, the website works like this: Click on the trade button for an Item you want to sell. Send a trade offer for the item you will sell. After 1 min or so, you will recieve a new trade offer, giving you your ref.
It's really easy to use, just log in with Steam, click on the "Trade" button. And then you're set!
