Adjective

A term to describe a person who is obnoxious, specifically crazy talking, yelling, and even violent.

Town Hall is befitting the old days when town’s people would gather in a mob with pitch forks and torches to lynch someone without due process of law. These people often lacked education and the ability to reason, so any misinformation would get them riled. Usually there was a ring leader with personal business interests behind it all, and the more the mob yelled the more worked up these people would get.

Walter: Them dang aliens are trying to abduct me! I’m gonna git my gun and shoot them!

Lebowski: Gees Walter, that’s so Town Hall. There aren't any aliens, so put the gun down and chillax.

Town Hall Face 

A condition that arose during the 2009 Health Care Reform town hall meetings. It is caused by the mass hysteria over minute details of the proposed overhauling of the US Healthcare system and manifests in a contorted, pained, exhasperated, and angry facial expression that often gets captured for eternity by National News photographers. The condition is frequently accompanied by shouting, finger pointing, and general over excitedness about details of a plan that hasn't even been fully written. The condition is indiscriminate and affects both opponents and supporters of the proposed legislation.

Town Hall Tough Guy 

Frustrated and ignorant people who show up to political town hall meetings to intimidate hard-working individuals who are there to discuss solutions to real political and economic problems.

Their main methods of getting their voices heard are loudly parroting idiotic buzzwords such as "socialism", "nazi" and "death panel" while brandishing guns only to reveal they themselves are just spineless pussies with guns.

These people are typically dredged from a fantasy world where it's OK to spend trillions upon trillions of dollars on unjustified foreign wars while denouncing a domestic programs that would actually empower American people in the face of a collusive healthcare industry.

Amazingly similar to the "Internet Tough Guy" we have to bear on internet forums.

A person who is frustrated at a particular speaker during a Town Hall Meeting, political gathering or even during a The Presidential Address who has had enough B.S. and suddenly and accidentally has a verbal outburst of his/her angered, disgusted opinion... this person has had a Town Hall Moment.

Rep. Joe Wilson told Chris Wallace on FOX News Sunday he'd had a "Town Hall Moment" when he shouted "YOU LIE" during President Obama's Address to a joint session of Congress.
