A portmanteau of the terms "touch base" and "conference". A type of meeting meant to allow attendees a quick status update. They are typically conducted via teleconference or video conference, and not scheduled for more than 15 minutes.

Let's have a quick touchcon on Thursday morning to check the progress of the server hardware installation.

Noun:- Game in which one male will touch another male's penis (with no force exerted), whilst at the same time exclaiming 'Touchcock!'. The aim is to catch the other competitor unawares, much like the popular 'circle game', however the reward is the dignity of the touched as apposed to a punch.

When someone only engages you via snarky text messages. Usually the terrorist is trying to get you to engage in a mean reply and then they play victim. They won’t answer the phone to clear up the miscommunication.
