TOING AND FROING, IS WHERE YOU WOULD FREEZE A POO AND INSERT INTO YOUR BOTTOM AND THEN PUSHING IT OUT INTO ANOTHER BUM HOLE AND THEN BACK AGAIN UNTIL IT MELTS
