thot parade

A group of females (usually in college) wearing skimpy and revealing outfits walking the streets looking for a party. They may be drunk or looking to get drunk.

Boy: Hey its thirsty Thursday!
Other Boy: Oh Boy! Time for the weekly thot parade!
