A group of females (usually in college) wearing skimpy and revealing outfits walking the streets looking for a party. They may be drunk or looking to get drunk.

Something that is said when someone does or says something so stupid or asinine, there are no other words to express frustration. This word is usually accompanied with a look of defeat or pity depending on the situation and person.

Boy: Dude Im so broke I can't afford my rent. But look at these new shoes! aren't They sick?!
