tankxiety

A portmanteau of "Tank" and "Anxiety". The common occurrence in any MMO (Massively Multiplayer Online) game in which the main defensive and attention-holding party member, the Tank, expresses feelings of doubt and lack of self-confidence. Many players feel exposed and at high risk of being the "leader" of the party by being the tank, causing the worst cases of "tankxiety".

Paladin: "Look, I usually run healer, I don't know how to hold aggro yet. I can just learn tank another day..."
Friend: "Shut up. EVERYONE has tankxiety when they first start, but it's just because you're stressing over the little stuff."

Tankxiety

The anxiety felt by one when they think that there isn't enough fuel in their gas tank to complete a trip.

Tankxiety is known to be accompanied by anger and a sense of false security after thinking that one is safe. (See example.)

The terminology comes from a portmanteau of the words "Tank" and Anxiety."

Frank - "Fuck, fuck, fuck, FUCK!"

Mitch - "What is it dude?"

Frank - "The fuel needle is under a quarter! I'm coming down with a case of tankxiety! SHIT! What if we run out of gas on the 401? SHIT! Oh no, the anger is setting in! GOD DAMN HONDA! FUCK YOU!"

Mitch - "Don't panic, dude!"

Frank - "Yeah. Yeah! Uh, maybe you're right!"

A nervous disorder or feelings associated with filing taxes, owing taxes, paying taxes, not receiving a tax refund, or any thing else involving an unpleasant tax related situation.

At this time every year I have to take off from work due to taxiety.

The stimulus received for covid-19 may increase taxiety if required to pay it back.

Tankietank

A Tankietank is a rare species of Shower Goblin that enters your bathroom through the toilet. You cannot prepare for this intrusion as you may be in the shower, brushing your teeth or simply in the room next door. You never know when he is going to bubble his way up to the surface. If you suspect you have a Tankietank stalking you look out for the signs of puddles the size of flippers in the places that you have recently been. If you encounter this creature it will most likely be wearing a Snorkel, Flippers, Goggles and have a Mixmaster on its back.

DO NOT: Make any sudden movements.
DO NOT: Attempt to get him back in the toilet - This will anger the creature and provoke an attack.

tranxiety

The every day anxiety transgender people often experience related to passing, dysphoria, being misgendered, being outed, being accepted, being subjected to transphobia, abuse or discrimination, or any other form of tranxiety.

"Hey, I need to use the bathroom, but I have too much tranxiety, can you come with me?"
"Omg I just got asked out! But I think I have too much tranxiety to start dating again yet."
"Hey, can we just hang at my place today? My tranxiety is too bad to leave the house at the moment."
