An extremely annoying high school female who finds it necessary to speak extremely loudly and obnoxiously in public areas. Tall Bitch is not a native of your hometown; she transferred here from private school, hence making her feel as though she is better than all. Tall Bitch thinks she is cool because she can get into the bar and hangs out with guys at least 3 years older than her, but in reality, it only makes her look like a prostitot.
