common word a loner person or individual who don't have a friend to talk/share what they have in mind, so the only way they can have outlet to express it is by talking to themselve. and that is "talkie"

when LoL! or smiling without any idea of the person who sitting next to the person Lol'ing will think that the other one is in the moment of talking to itself! hahaha wtf such a loner! is talkie talkie act.
