A being who is poor natured and spiteful.

Someone who intentionally subjects those closest to him to wrathful vengeance just for funsies.

One who intentionally causes deep seeded, emotional, physical, spiritual, etc... trauma to those that he considers "loyal"

A hominid that, using the mantra "loyalty is everything ", attempts to justify all of his action using prior mentioned "mantra"; even though he is the most 2 face bitch there is.
