Superficticial
A person who does something only for sake of appearance, and keeps a piece of evidence to create or imply a false narrative.

Suteristic
Adjective. Refers to the action of behaving in a "non-British way". It is often used of people who commit 'social crimes' in England that they know, because of the English temperament they will be able to get away with.
Examples of "Suterism" include blatantly pushing in front of a queue, knowing that they are perfectly safe because of the British hatred of confrontation.
Example use: "Did you say that Suteristic b@$tard there! I can't believe he just pushed in front of me so blatantly!"

Boffin
British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”
Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.
