A derogative term for a person who is from, or blood line is from, the west(the Americas, Africa, Europe, ETC). The term is mostly used towards Caucasian people. It comes from the fact that most westerners has deep set(sunken) eyes. It is used by first generation or greater Asian Ameicans.
