A name of slavic/soviet origin, usually translated in English as Steve. This person can be book and street smart but does incredibly stupid things anyway. Doesn't show any particular interest in serious matters and seems to be in his own world for most of the time but still is a nice guy.

Styopa is a main character from the game called "Styopa". He got simple farmhat and something between pitchfork and rakes that he uses in any different way but not as it needs to be. His design, actions and mental situation can be described only as "Vsrato"
