A name of slavic/soviet origin, usually translated in English as Steve. This person can be book and street smart but does incredibly stupid things anyway. Doesn't show any particular interest in serious matters and seems to be in his own world for most of the time but still is a nice guy.
Friend: Hey Styopa, did you see on TV that terrible car accident on the freeway.
Styopa: Yeah it was pretty cool.

Styopa is a main character from the game called "Styopa". He got simple farmhat and something between pitchfork and rakes that he uses in any different way but not as it needs to be. His design, actions and mental situation can be described only as "Vsrato"
- Hey, do you remember this guy with rake from some weird game?
- You mean Styopa.
- Yeah this one. Sounds "Vsrato" isn't it
- No. That is cringe...

Styopa medlock Principle

A term of Russian origin denoting the phenomenon in which an individual of moderate attractiveness achieves impressive success with members of the opposite sex while located in a developing country by virtue of not being a chauvanist wife-beating drunk.
My friend Josh is in the Marines and he's in Djibouti right now. He's definitely a shining example of the Styopa medlock Principle over there.
Stoopa is a word that you can use instead of stupid.
Co-Co: ha ha, Jack, you're stoopa.
Jack: OOOOoooooooooooo!! Co-Co said stupid!
Co-Co: I no say stupid, i say stoopa!
A variation of the word "stupid" meaning not smart.
Person 1 : "I hate you"

Person 2 : "Screw you stoopad"

stopapupa

“Stopapupa” appeared thanks to the streamer Nekoglai (real name is Nikolai) and the Tiktoker Ivan Zolo 2004. During the joint live broadcast, young people evaluated Russian streamers, among whom was the popular host of Twitch broadcasts - StopAnnya.

Nikolai asked Ivan to read the girl's nickname, but the letters confused the blogger, and Nekoglai's explanations did not help. So from stopannya, "stopapupa" was born.
-The first word is stop. The second is Anya. Just say "Stop Anya." Say "Stop Anya."
- But I see it differently here. Stopapupa.
