softpacking

As opposed to the bikepacker, the softpacker makes as much use as possible of wild swimming opportunities, four poster beds, baths, restaurants (bonus points for Michelin stars) fine ales, finer wines and speciality coffee outlets, with commensurately less kit carried and commensurately fewer hours ridden.

Softcocking

Softlocking

A softlock in gaming terminology is when you are stuck at a specific point in a game with no way to get out or escape. This usually happens by glitches and is not an intention feature of the game. A lot of times, you have to start from a different save point or even restart the game entirely to escape it.
Some examples of softlocking are: being unable to progress due to being stuck in an area without the tools to get out, a corrupted save file so that you cannot really progress on that save, etc.

Example sentence: My game glitched out and I'm stuck under the map. I cannot do anything so I think I'm actually softlocked.
