snowstick

a marijuana joint thats dipped in snow before smoking. A common practice in Toronto, Canada. Makes the joint smooth, and prevents it from running.

X:- *cough cough*. I got throat cancer man i can't smoke joints anymore.
Y:- yo this is toronto biaatch. lets smoke a snowstick
*2 minutes later*
X:- damn im so high.. and im not coughing anymore.. this is awesome
Y:- yea buddy. a snow stick makes addiction so much easier on ur throat

snowticipation

The feeling a teacher gets while waiting for the announcement of a school delay or cancellation due to snow. Snowticipation is closely followed by soul-crushing disappointment when school is on-time or by sheer elation when a delay or closure is confirmed.

Side effects of snowticipation include: frequent checking of local meteorologists' reports, refreshing school district's websites, and obsessively checking social media.

"There's a winter weather advisory - I won't be able to sleep due to snowticipation!"
