1. (adj.) To be a slut at being radical. To be a "slut" at something is to do said thing with great frequency or to adhere to the ideal of said thing completely. For someone or something to be slutical it means that they or it is a slut at being radical. Though slut is usually a negative term, "slutical" is a term of endearment.

God’s unholy contraption. A cruel and heinous means of torture in which a helpless human being is chucked into a machine via a conveyor belt and enters the Pelzer Sluice where the person is callously skinned alive. The skinless corpse comes out of the machine on one end and the victim’s skin on the other.

sluticorn 

A mythical creature, half Slut - half Unicorn. Could be tamed with Strawberry ice cream or a male reproductive organ. It is known to let everybody rub it's horn. Also feeds on muffins and cancer sick children's dreams.

Beware, I think I saw a Sluticorn lurking in the forest. Better zip up your fly !
