A Dick Slicker, or slicker, is a condom, a "raincoat" or "Slicker" for your penis. Just as a rain slicker is worn to protect your body from exposure to unfriendly weather, a "dick slicker" is worn to protect your pecker from exposure to unfriendly snatch.
