Someone who is bald-headed and is so white that their head resembles a roll'd up ball of skeet. Or a person whose head has been skeeted on. Also a term used to call someone gay because men skeet on their heads. (Only used for men)

Skeet Ball Heads are the menaces of society.

Scuzzball Beatneck Skeet Ball Heads always try to steal peoples girls and I guess men.

The Skeet Ball Head also has an Off the Beaten Path Head.

The new name for "Ragheads" because of racism says one middle eastern raghead. Because of that statement the USMC issued THEIR statement. "The ragheads do wish to be called ragheads, because in fact it is not a rag but a sheet wraped around there head and will from this point forward may be referred as Little Sheet Heads"
