A condition that causes a person, usually male, to be obsessed with being a "Chad", an "Alpha Male", or a "Sigma Male". Said person is also known to look down on "Beta Males" and will usually refer to women as "Femoids" or "Foids".

Your brother has the worst case of sigmautism I've ever seen. He needs to get off the internet, find a girlfriend and stop talking about politics all the time.
