A Shruggle is a sexy little waistcoat with a big hood. Just for girls it is best worn with nothing underneath. Shruggle is a word and a thing I invented, so that is why you had never heard of it before. It is called a Shruggle because it’s shape is like a shrug, but when you wear it – it feels like a cuddle.

The Shruggle is somewhere where fashion meets fancy dress.

Boy: Yes, I agree a shruggle is best worn with nothing underneath!
