Scoobie Doobie 

The act of rolling a blunt with the intent of getting high while acting like a child again, or being high and acting like a child; such as watching cartoons while high, or wanting to get high so the cartoons become more entertaining.
"I was chilling watching some Cartoon Network, and decided to roll a scoobie doobie when my mom walked in"
