The placement of several sections of toilet paper on and around a public toilet seat, layer upon layer, before sitting down to take a dump or piss, in a paranoid attempt to avoid non-existent toilet seat germs.

I went to go use the washroom at the office the other day and some asshole left his shit nest still assembled on the toilet seat. What the fuck am I supposed to do with his shit nest?
