A cigarette, specifically a hand rolled cigarette, that contains
significantly less tobacco than a normal cigarette would. Scimparettes are usually rolled due to a lack of tobacco or as a means of rationing tobacco so that more
cigarettes can be consumed later. The amount of tobacco used in a scimparette varies from person to person, however, it typically contains no
more than half the tobacco content that the person rolling it would normally use in a cigarette.
