Originally referring to users in the now-banned Baidu tieba group "The Great Wave off Kanagawa", it now refers to a group of Chinese internet users who wish they were born in developed nations in the west, mainly Scandinavian countries instead of China. They complain about the increasing inequality in China, oppose the Communist Party rule, and would like to emigrate from China if possible ("run").
