Scurbed is a word used to describe the feeling of paranoia associated with the habitual smoking of marijuana, or "ganja". When one gets scurbed, it is usually pointless and short lived.

"Yo the other day me and the mrs. were smoking that green and driving around. I saw this cat and got mad scurbed cuz I thought it was working for the cops."

A neologism of "entertained" and "disturbed" describing the odd feeling of when you are entertained by how insane/messed up what you are witnessing is, yet, at the same time, disturbed by it.
