scopedar

The ability to detect and prevent scope creep in real-time. People with a strong scopedar are able to call BS on extraneous features and keep scope reasonable. Usually, this involves tantrums.
Due to Mike's amazing scopedar, we avoided adding flying monkeys to the roadmap and instead focused on reasonable goals. Everyone on the team was glad that feature was not added to an already busy schedule.
