Schooter is used to define someone who would probably shoot up a school or someone who has shot up a school.
That kid who sits by himself at lunch and has no friends is a schooter.

Schootch the Hole 

A phrase meaning either "A hole dug in one location that needs to be moved to another location" or a "Loosely defined sexual activity" with the verb "schootch" essentially representing any number of things. (Meaning to be defined by context.) Ultimately, it can and should serve as a double-entendre.

Suggestion: Dig a hole in your backyard in an inappropriate location and let the double-entendres commence!
The proximity of the bush on the well-manicured lawn meant that Paul had the opportunity to "schootch the hole".
