A phrase commonly used by the fandom side of the social media website tumblr to describe a reaction of an inhuman noise (that sounds like a pterodactyl screech) one has made after they see something that pleases them greatly and instantly excites them.
It does not really refer to a smell, but an atmosphere in the kitchen created while cooking. If it was smoky, it would be called smoky, if it was smelly it would be referred to as smelly. Smeechy refers to a smoky atmosphere, as a result of cooking, which creates a stinging sensation to the eyes. Well that is how I have always understood it!

My eyes are stinging slightly! Perfectly cooked steak, but nevertheless a smeechy kitchen! I walked in (oh a kiwi guy by the way), and said "wow, it is smeechy in here!" He had no idea what I was talking about!

Emoticons/Emoji usage may vary but if used generally serve to exaggerate the coma inducing sweetness.

A small child given to running around screaming. Unlike well-socialized children, who only scream when under duress (injury, physical attack by a large snake) a screechling will emit earbleeding screams apparently just to hear the sound of its own voice. These are often found in small packs in shopping malls and supermarkets, usually accompanied by mothers who barely acknowledge the screechlings' existence.
"Gads, did you hear the little screechling in the mall elevator? I think it ruptured my left eardrum. I don't scream that loud during an orgasm for crying out loud."
