Raquette Lake is the best place on planet Earth. It's beautiful and can't be topped with any other camp. It's facilities are out of this world and the friendships you make there are like no other. You become best friends with the girls in your cabin, and the older girls become older sisters to you. The oldest bunk is Supy, where the girls have been coming back for multiple summers, and it's finally time for them to lead the camp. To most, it is unreal to think that they already became that old. It could be compared to "a gem within someone's mind, a dream they can't rewind". It's where many kids grew up and learned to be who they are. It almost seems like it's the end of your childhood once its over. Raquette is the place where senior girls have konga lines at TP with 104 pounds of bore. Raquette is the best place on Earth, no doubt.
Pertaining to Twitter. The etiquette of properly retweeting the words of others rather than trying to pass them off as your own by copy/pasting.
Good RTquette is shown by adding RT and the @username of the person whos words you want to pass on to your own followers (this can also be done automatically).
Poor RTquette is usually displayed by newcomers to Twitter who don't know better. These people should have the error of their ways explained to them.
However the worst type of offender are those that have been Twitter users for a long time, have amassed many thousands of followers, but repeatedly proffer enigmatic statements that they have read on and copied from the feeds of others.
The grindset is a contemporary ideology of self-exploitation disguised as strength, deeply tied to the aesthetics of the “sigma male” and to new digital forms of patriarchy. It promotes the idea that human worth depends on productivity, economic success, absolute emotional control, and the ability to work endlessly, turning vulnerability, rest, community, and tenderness into signs of weakness. Beneath its rhetoric of discipline and power often lies a profound inability to relate healthily to pain, fragility, and human interdependence.
“That’s the grindset, brother. While weak men sleep and complain, sigma males stay disciplined, work in silence, suppress emotions, and build power while everyone else wastes time chasing comfort.”
