A certifiably unique pop musical group that takes the previously stodgy music genre of a cappella and brings it full-force into the next century. Well renowned for its stint on the show "Where in the World Is Carmen Sandiego" and a late 1990's Folger's Coffee commercial.

An a cappella group started in 1986 at Brown University by David Stix, Steven Keyes, Sean Altman, and Elliott Kerman solely for their love of music.
Still around today, though none of the original members remain in the group, they are best known for their stint on the show Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego? and a highly successful Folgers Coffee commercial. Their CD Don't Tell Me You Do arguably brought them the most national respect.

Rickraped is a variant of the Rickrolled internet phenomenon in which an ususpecting user clicks a link expecting to see something relating to message from a friend or a discussion thread and instead Rick Astley leaps out from the computer and rapes the viewer.
Trent: So I clicked on this link Bobby sent me in an email saying it was pics of his new car and before i knew what was happening, Rick Astley jumped out of my computer screen and buttfucked me while eating a tuna sangwich.

A lighthearted reaction upon receiving disappointing news of some sort. Usually something that isn't a particularly a big deal, esp. when it primarily affects someone else - sort of a mild schadenfreude. Sometimes doubled or tripled, and possibly said in a sing-songy voice for added comedic effect to imitate a muted trumpet, which is how the meme originated.
