A fart that is so forceful it stings your asshole upon release; typically caused from your butt cheeks being pressed together very tightly.

I was laying in bed and gave myself the worst rim ringer. I was in tears.

Basketball player who hits the rim but can’t get the ball to go in.

Dang man, he’s so bad at basketball every time he throws the ball up it rings the rim. He’s such a rim ringer.
