re-orient

When you each Chinese food, but then you're hungry again 45 minutes later so you have to eat more.

Lunch was good, but now I'm hungry again; time to go re-orient.

reorientation sickness

1. A feeling similar to vertigo when you look around and realize you're not where you thought you were

2. The disorientation that one may experience when going through a major transition or questioning one's identity/beliefs. Tastes like melancholy, disillusionment, regret, and withered hopes.

"I hate sleeping in hammocks. They give me awful reorientation sickness"

"I can't go to summer camp, I'll get reorientation sickness."
"That sucks. Want some tea?"
"Yeah. Thanks."
