I'm never using those those manufacturers again -- They completely butchered the design.
(They changed my design to an unrecoverable extent)

Butchered is a term used in Ireland (Maybe UK too) when someone gets a haircut and it turns out badly. Essentially it's a bad haircut

"Your barber butchered you bru"
