An adjective used to describe someone who pulls all the time, attends every party, has good bant, is live and gets bevved with the boys.

Acting in a borderline inappropriate manner, dare even say raunchy, in a public scene due to a personal accomplishment (or at least an accomplishment that one could experience vicariously) or endeavor in which the outcome was so congenial that it set in motion a series of outbursts of violent and pseudo sensual verbal/body language.

After Texas Tech beat Texas aTm in the big XII basketball tournament, thanks in part to Mike Singletary's 29 consecutive 2nd half points, I caused a raucus throughout College Station.
