The people-rule that when a person brings up a subject during a conversation, that person is obligated to share the story or subject in question.
Sally: Did you hear who got fired?
Joe: No, which teacher?
Sally: I really am not allowed to say...
Joe: Rule of Rabinowitz, you got no choice.
Sally: Aiight, it was Ms. Fish
