A term used to describe someone who has embarrassed themselves. Either through action or speech. An example would be one someone trips over their own feet or other acts of embarrassment.

One particular person in history who is a quatch is Christopher Columbus. He sailed to South America and thinking he was in India, he called the natives, "Indians"

Can be used as a noun verb or adjective:

Quotaholic

That jackass that thinks *they* are funny because they can memorize the most quotes from will farrell (or other similar style) movies. Usually tends to wear out the quotes until they aren't funny.

"You've got a dirty, whorish mouth, that's what you have."
"I love lamp." and "Shake and bake lolz!1" are all *hillarious* things you can expect to hear from a quotaholic every day.
