Someone who, uncomfortable with social interaction, copes by communicating with every available cliché they can think of.

Qoomer 

A Qoomer is a person who supports Qanon and doesn't know of Operation TRUST. These people don't know the first thing about psyops or how they work. Comes from the word 'coomer' and the whole '-oomer' meme series.

Normal person: "Man, I wish Donald Trump wasn't such an idiot. He doesn't deserve his followers."
Qoomer: "OHHHHH NOOOOOO I'M GONNA QOOOOOOOOOM!!!! OHHHHGAWWWWD I AM QOOOOOMINGGGGG!!!!" *does a series of elaborate mental gymnastics to say that Trump still hasn't lost.*

The kid that sits behind you at school or work who constantly quotes scenes or quotes from a movie.

Qonter 

A mix of the word queer and contrarian describes someone ambiguous who purposefully doesn't fit into specific categories, but angers surrounding people as a result. In a sense, it's a shortened version of the word contrarian, and a more politically correct word of queer. Plus, there's the hard R that everyone loves throwing around.
