Most literally Qatar advertising the Q-Suites for business class flights, only for the customer to find that they will be in the old substandard business class cabin.

Otherwise known as the classic bait-and-switch

“I’ve been Qatared- I booked a Q-Suites flight to Doha and they’ve changed it to old Business class”

“Did you see that new steakhouse advertising Wagyu beef has downgraded it to regular steaks? They’ve absolutely Qatared us”
