A person who pushes a partisan agenda item without sufficient consideration of the need or impact of the agenda item on the individuals it is supposed to assist.
Particularly persons with financial or political privilege that ought to know better, but make the choice to remain allegedly oblivious to the negative impact of their agenda item on vulnerable people, and refuse to consider any other options to solve issues that do not come from their “side”, because it is inconvenient for them to test the validity of their narrative, OR they have a vested interest in protecting that narrative that they are desperate to not have disclosed.
