The act of seeming concerned and willing to act on a problem when the boss or an authority figure is standing right there, but going back to not caring or point the finger at someone else once the boss leaves.

a more sophisticated way of describing the content or quality of of the subject in question without the negativity usually associated with something pungent(ex.pungent odors)

simply taking one word and using itself to create and entirely new outlook on things associated prior, if someone says that the pungencey of my marijuana was spectacular, I will accept such a compliment happily, BUT if someone says take out the trash asap that shit is pungent dude, i already know that im walking into a gross situation from the beginning and no feelings of happiness there
