The act of seeming concerned and willing to act on a problem when the boss or an authority figure is standing right there, but going back to not caring or point the finger at someone else once the boss leaves.

Pergency 

a sudden, urgent, usually unexpected (although frequent) Persian occurrence requiring immediate action by all Persian members. This usually results in a a Persian pow-wow at an undisclosed location such as the stairway of a building.
