The misspelled version of pRIZZon. Someone with illegal Rizz. This person oftentimes can't keep their hands to themselves and does not understand the word, "no." He's known for complaints, creeps out the ladies, and gets called out for having negative rizz. Also, this individual may have caught previous cases.
